Fine Print: It is our hope that all of our enrolled students are excited and ready to work together to put on a fantastic show! It is required that all of our students regularly attend all classes and rehearsals. Students will be responsible for their scripts, memorizing their lines, and being prepared for class. Throughout the program, students will need to observe their classmates and work independently from time to time. It is expected that all students will be able to successfully listen, pay attention and keep themselves occupied in a non-distracting way when it is required. We understand that being a part of a show is a big commitment with an amazing reward. We hope that providing you with a bit more context will help you determine if this is the right structure for your child.

FROM THE DIRECTOR: In order to have a successful production and productive rehearsals, attendance and being on time is of utmost importance. Being part of a production is a privilege. It takes teamwork, self-control, and discipline...but is a truly rewarding experience. Those taking part in the play need to realize that it is not just another after school activity, but rather a big commitment and hard work. There will also be downtime for some actors between scenes, and your child will need to be able to keep themselves occupied in a non-distracting way (working on lines, reading, working on homework, etc.). If your child is easily distracted or struggles with listening/paying attention/being cooperative, then they might not be ready for this kind of commitment. Before rehearsals begin, parents and students will be required to sign a form indicating that they have read and understood the expectations laid out for the production season.
