Drawing and Painting in Watercolors Plein Air
Grades 4 - 9
Tuesdays, 3:30 - 5pm
April 27 - June 1, 2021 (6 weeks)

Location: The Nonantum Resort The Nonantum Resort has graciously let us use their beautiful waterfront property for our class!
This is an outdoor class. Students will use sketchbooks to learn drawing and watercolor techniques. Using pencil and watercolors, they will discover the way sketchbooks can be used to create finished works of art or developing ideas from life.
Instructor Piper Castles is an extremely talented local artist and a much-loved instructor at River Tree Arts. You can view her work on Instagram.
In the event of rain, the class will be rescheduled.
Materials are included and students will keep all materials at the end of the session for home use.
Members: $160 / Non-Members: $175 (includes $20 materials fee)
SAFETY: Safe protocols will be followed during the classes. Students are required to wear masks. The instructor may allow for mask removal at some points during the class if students can safely socially distant. Students are required to bring a mask, and a towel or blanket to sit on.
